What Is Skin Revitalization?
Skin revitalization is a process that restores a younger-looking and more beautiful appearance. Providers may use various tools, including lasers, to accomplish skin revitalization. Many people wonder about the difference between skin revitalization and photo rejuvenation. The difference is that photo rejuvenation involves an IPL device specifically.
Pigmented Lesions
Clarity II for Pigmented Lesions is a spot treatment for benign pigmented lesions including sun spots, age spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and freckles on the face and body. It is suitable for lighter skin types including I-IV. Treating pigmented lesions with our Clarity II laser is quick and relatively comfortable. It feels like a mild pinch followed by a burst of cold air, which minimizes discomfort. Typically, pigmented lesions darken immediately after treatment then fragment and fade within 2 weeks. Best results require a series of treatments and consistent sun protection measures.
Vascular Lesions
Suitable for lighter skin types I – IV, Clarity II for Vascular Lesions is a spot treatment for vascular lesions including spider veins and broken capillaries. These commonly show up on the cheeks, nose, and legs, but they can show up anywhere on the face and body. Treating vascular lesions with our Clarity II laser is quick and most people find treatment involves tolerable discomfort. There is a sting in the treatment area followed by a burst of cold air, which minimizes discomfort. Clients generally find that treatment of small blood vessels are easy to tolerate, while larger and deeper blood vessels are more uncomfortable. The appearance of vascular lesions improves immediately after treatment. Vessels on the face resolve in up to 6 weeks while vessels on the body resolve in up to 12 weeks. Best results require a series of treatments and consistent sun protection measures.
Laser Facials
Our laser facials are suitable for all skin types. They improve skin tone, radiance, and increase collagen in the face and neck. More specifically, Clarity II Laser Facials improve texture, pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, acne, and facial flushing/rosacea – often all at the same time. Treatment generally feels warm and comfortable. There may be tolerable discomfort if we are targeting pigmented and vascular lesions as part of your customized treatment plan. Best results require a series of treatments and consistent sun protection measures.
