Tired Of Waking Up To Pee At Night?

If you’re 30 years old or more, there’s a good chance that you’re waking up to pee at night. In fact, you may be waking up to pee several times per night. This interruption in REM sleep contributes to fatigue, lack of focus, and irritability during the day.

You may also be one of the unlucky people who can’t get back to sleep after waking up. In these situations, it’s common to take sleeping pills in hopes of getting more or better rest. Not only is it unpleasant to live with poor sleep quality and reliance on medication, it makes you wonder about the long-term effects on your health.

If any of this resonates, you’ll be thrilled to discover that there’s a fast and easy solution to waking up to pee at night. You don’t have to live with constant fatigue. You don’t have to stop drinking alcohol, and you don’t even have to strictly manage your fluid intake before bed. This solution is completely non-invasive, medication-free, and pain-free. There’s no downtime, either!

Introducing Emsella For Men

Emsella is a medical-grade device with two components: a machine and chair. The machine is the control panel while the chair is the applicator that emits high intensity-focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy. When you sit on the chair, and we program the machine, the energy that comes from the seat engages and strengthens your pelvic floor muscles.

Emsella effectively reconditions the pelvic floor so you have better control over your need to pee and better control over your flow. In other words, you can go longer without needing to pee, you can go longer without waking up to pee at night, and when you pee there’s better flow.

When you do Emsella treatments, no one needs to look at or poke at your body. You just sit in the Emsella chair fully clothed for 28 minutes at a time. The typical treatment protocol is 2 treatments per week for 3 weeks for a total of 6 treatments. Here at Body Works Med Spa & Wellness, you can watch Netflix on our smart TV, read a magazine, or just hang out.

Imagine… You could be 3 weeks away from better, natural sleep.

Men Do Emsella For Many Reasons!

One of the most common reasons men do Emsella is to stop waking up to pee at night. However, that’s not the only reason. Emsella offers several benefits for men.

Emsella For Core Strength

For starters, men use Emsella to improve their core strength. The pelvic floor muscles are the foundation of the core muscles. This means that when you strengthen your pelvic floor, you’re also strengthening your core. This is a great option if you’re working towards better fitness or would like to maintain strength and agility as you age. You can also pair Emsella treatments with Emsculpt Neo treatments on the abdomen. This combination of treatments is called Core to Floor Therapy.

Emsella To Treat Incontinence

A second reason why men use Emsella is to treat symptoms of incontinence. Specifically, clinical studies show that Emsella improves control for men who have had prostatectomies (surgical removal of the prostate in part or in full). Emsella is approved by Health Canada for the treatment of urinary incontinence in both men and women.

Emsella For Sexual Wellness

A third reason why men do Emsella is to improve sexual wellness. Men from the whole spectrum of experience report positive effects. For example, those who have never had “problems” with sexual wellness report better function and satisfaction that they didn’t know was possible. Those interested in preventing the onset of erectile dysfunction do treatments to maintain healthy function and satisfaction. And many who experience erectile dysfunction find that Emsella’s pelvic floor training improves their symptoms.

You can see there are many reasons why men do Emsella!

How Emsella Works So You Stop Waking Up To Pee At Night

Emsella directs HIFEM energy at the pelvic floor. HIFEM energy is a type of electromagnetic stimulation that penetrates up to 10 cm inside the body. It causes supramaximal contractions, which over time and with an appropriate rest period in between treatments, strengthens the pelvic floor muscles.

You wouldn’t be able to match the effect of supramaximal contractions even if you tried. One Emsella treatment is equivalent to 11,200 Kegels! The improved strength gives you better control over your need to pee, better control over your flow, better blood flow to the penis, improved penile rigidity, and greater ability to sustain an erection.

Your pelvic floor muscles get stronger with each Emsella treatment and the effect is cumulative. The typical protocol is a series of six 28-minute treatments taking place twice per week for three weeks. Since Emsella is strengthening existing muscle fibers and generating new muscle fibers, results peak 3 months after completing the treatment plan. You may notice a difference after your first couple of treatments.

To continue enjoying the benefits of Emsella, it’s important to maintain your pelvic floor strength. We recommend one Emsella maintenance treatment every 3 months after completing the initial treatment plan.
