Please note that we determine results by comparing before/after photos and measurements.

Our Emsculpt Neo Results Promise only applies if you follow the recommended treatment plan within the recommended timeline and participate in our Active Partnership, which includes staying hydrated, doing some form of exercise during your weekly routine, and managing your weight. Overall weight must remain the same or go down between your first treatment and follow up appointment without notable fluctuations.

The Results Promise does not apply if you smoke or drink excessively.

For most of your treatment plan, you must be able to get up to 80% HIFEM and RF intensity for the majority of each treatment (just about everyone can do this!).

For the Results Promise to apply, you must attend your 3-month follow up appointment.
