Here’s the thing… It’s impossible that you won’t develop more muscle mass and get stronger when doing Emsculpt Neo. That means you’re going to get beneficial results no matter what. But the aesthetic goal, which often includes visible fat reduction, is an important part of the package, so we’re putting our money where our mouth is.

With our Emsculpt Neo Results Promise, you get to feel even better about your investment, and we get to share the great benefits of Emsculpt Neo with people who otherwise may not have taken the leap. It’s a win-win.

T&Cs for our Results Promise

Please note that we determine results by comparing before/after photos. When possible, we also use measurements.

Our Emsculpt Neo Results Promise only applies for your initial treatment plan on your chosen body part.

If you change your treatment plan after starting treatments (ex. change area of focus from front abdomen to lateral abdomen), the change in treatment plan voids the Emsculpt Neo Results Promise, unless we recommend a new treatment plan based on the shift in focus and you complete the new recommended treatment plan.

Further, the Emsculpt Neo Results Promise only applies if you follow the recommended treatment plan within the recommended timeline, and participate in our Active Partnership. This includes staying hydrated, doing some form of exercise during your weekly routine, and managing your weight. Overall weight must remain the same or go down between your first treatment and follow up appointment without notable fluctuations. A weight gain of 3 lbs, for example, would void the Emsculpt Neo Results Promise.

The Results Promise does not apply if you drink excessively or smoke.

For most of your treatment plan, you must be able to get up to 100% HIFEM and RF intensity for the majority of each treatment.

For the Results Promise to apply, you must attend your follow up appointment.

Please look carefully at the range of examples in our look-book of before/after photos. Bodies respond differently to non-invasive treatments and the “visible difference” may appear in an unexpected way.

The Emsculpt Neo Results Promise only applies to the Body Sculpting protocol, not the Functional Wellness protocol.
