The clinic is just now launching its laser hair removal service at the end of 2024. Crosbie expects to use Clarity II to also offer skin revitalization in 2025. Skin revitalization refers to a range of treatments often performed with a laser to retore and rejuvenate the skin.
Clarity II is an Alexandrite 755 and Nd:YAG laser in one machine. That means technicians can use it to optimally treat all skin colours all year-round, giving faster and more comfortable treatments. As for results, a skilled technician can use Clarity II to eliminate fine hairs that other devices can’t. Also, people say that results are longer-lasting.
“For example, we recently treated a client’s full legs and underarms in about 20 minutes,” says Crosbie. “It’s a brilliant device.”

Despite the “premium” label, Body Works Med Spa & Wellness is offering laser hair removal at a price point comparable to older and less effective hair removal devices. It’s also offering a limited number of laser hair removal memberships including free touch-ups and/or treatments for life.
